Remuneration

Our remuneration consists of two components – a fixed part (Retainer) and a variable part (Success Fee).

Retainer:

Cover the costs of preparatory work prior to implementation

Success fee:

Success fee is paid after the completion of the transaction – is expressed in percentage of the value of the transaction – the percentage is determined by the size of the transaction and the degree of difficulty
